For existing Paws Route customers

This app is a companion for professional mobile pet groomers who already have a Paws Route account. If you don’t have an account yet, please sign up on the web first.

Have an urgent issue during your route? Email us and include your business name, phone number, and time zone.
App sign-in & accounts

You sign in to the Paws Route app using the same email and password that you use on the PawsRoute.com web dashboard.

If you see an “invalid credentials” error, please double-check your password on the web first.

Offline schedule & data

The current version of the app focuses on a clear view of your day: upcoming appointments, pets, and route overview. We are gradually expanding offline capabilities based on groomer feedback.

Make sure you open the app while you still have signal so your day’s schedule can sync to your device.

Quick FAQ for the iOS app

Is the Paws Route app for pet owners?

No. The app is designed for professional mobile pet groomers and their teams. Pet owners should book through the grooming business directly or using the business’s shared booking link.

Can I create an account inside the app?

Not yet. New accounts are created on the Paws Route web platform. Once you have an account, you can sign in on the app to access your schedule.

Why can’t I see my latest appointments?

Check that you have a good internet connection and pull to refresh your schedule in the app. If you still don’t see updated data, please sign out and sign back in.

How do I report a problem or request a feature?

Please email us at support@pawsroute.com with a short description, screenshots if possible, and your business name. We review every message from groomers and use your feedback to plan future updates.
